“With many of the Northeast's best pairs in town, Frick teams swept the top three places. Cory Stawartz and Richard Lockyer were untouchable in first place as Cory also won the prize for most runs to the head. Larry and Mame Stawartz took second with some help from Tony Decarolis on Sunday. Gary Mosso and Jeri Spann took third, one half game behind Larry and Mame.”

A special shout out goes to the following FPLBC members who signed up to help with setup and refreshments.
Dan Boyarski, Gary Mosso and Paul Kohberger helped set up the rinks. Milton Bruno, one of our newest members, came out both days at 7 am to set up tables for the food and drink and set up the rinks. Jeri Spann, Betty Rieley and Paul Kohberger contributed to the breakfast each day. And thanks to Richard Lockyer for bringing ice on two very hot days.
A very special thanks goes out to Doreen Alexander who works closely with NED and expertly manages our tournaments.
And finally, thanks to Jerry Demello of Rhode Island who won the 50-50 raffle. He generously donated $50 of his winnings back to the Frick Park Lawn Bowling Club.
